DevSphere OS is sold as a one-time license that grants you the right to access and use the platform for your business. The license is for your organization's use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment & refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSphere Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
