If DevSphere OS isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No long forms and no hard feelings, just email us and we'll take care of it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or receipt details. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe.
After 7 days
Because DevSphere OS is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there are no ongoing charges to cancel. Requests made after the 7-day window fall outside the guarantee, though you're always welcome to contact us, we read every message.
